W&W2022: Zenith Chronomaster Sport at Rosegold and New Chronomaster Open

At Watches and Wonders 2022, Zenith introduced the highly successful Chronomaster Sport in a rose gold case, as well as a premium version in stainless steel. At the same time, the Chronomaster Open launched three new editions, revealing the internal mechanisms through openings in the dial.

Zenith Chronomaster Sport Gold
Zenith presents two Chronomaster Sport with rose gold cases. There are also stainless steel and rose gold two-tone versions. In each case, however, the diameter remains at 41mm. Both models are made of 18-karat rose gold, and the bezel is also made of the same precious metal. The watchmaker engraved the scale on the bezel to read the 1/10-second chronograph. The rose gold Chronomaster Sport is available with a black lacquer finish or a matte white dial. cheap luxury watches

There is also a style that combines a stainless steel case with a rose gold bezel. This color scheme is also used on the strap, with the central link in rose gold. The buttons and crown on the side of the case are also made of the same precious metal. The silver dial of the two-tone version features a sunburst finish.

The El Primero 3600 calibre powers all watches, with the exception of the 1/10 chronograph, with automatic winding and a 60-hour power reserve. The movement can be seen through the case back at work. The S&G model costs €16,700 and the gold case costs €37,400.

Zenith Chronomaster Sports Edition
This particular variant features a stainless steel case with a tri-colour bezel. Thus, grey, anthracite and blue complement the typical coloured counters on the dial. The three ceramic elements blend seamlessly into each other, making it easier to distinguish clearly separated parts. The dial is silver with a sunburst finish – another unique feature of the boutique edition.

The Chronomaster Sport Boutique Edition is only available in company-owned stores.

Zenith Chronomaster Open
In addition, three new variants have been added to the Chronomaster Open. The watch has an opening in the dial and shows its adjustment mechanism. Two stainless steel case models with white or black dials will be released. There is also an 18-karat rose gold model with a matte silver dial.

All have a smooth bezel and a crown and pushers made of case material. The scale to read the 1/10 chronograph is located on a ring around the dial. The iconic coloured counters are also here, with the small seconds on a transparent disc. The purple escape wheel and balance wheel of the El Primero 3604 movement are also worth admiring. The movement offers automatic winding and 60 hours of power autonomy.

The stainless steel Chronomaster Open appears on a bracelet made of the same material. The rose gold case is paired with a blue calfskin strap with a gold three-fold clasp.
